awesome place to stay

overall good stay. only problem with the front deck person, they do not understand English properly and give a hard time after full day travelling. even very reluctant to give the rooms key. we have to wait for 30-45 mins for the same. very less option for vegetarian food. but still the restaurant staff manage to provide us.

The hotel is really nice and have a great location, right in the centre of Kuta beach, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, close to airport which is via taxi around 30min. The whole staff are friendly and polite, always kin to help you. The room is good size, just that we got the one facing the hard rock hotel which got some noisy, and we think this kind of room need some renovation. If you can get room facing inside hotel and the lake of fish carpas it might get less noise and tranquil. The swimming pool is excellent and the view of sunset are amazing, the only thing it is needed are the sun umbrellas for each sun chairs, the breakfast is great with lots of options. If local culture cuisine and other options. Overall would recommend and stay again as far as it get another kind of room.

An absolute gem in the heart of Kuta, Mercure Kuta Bali exceeded our every expectation! As a travel couple, we were drawn to this resort for its promise of relaxation and adventure, and it delivered on both fronts. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the mesmerizing floating sunset experience. Drifting in the pool while witnessing the sky ablaze with colors was simply unforgettable—a moment we'll cherish forever. Beyond the breathtaking sunsets, the resort itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. Our room was elegantly appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after days of exploring Bali's vibrant culture and stunning beaches. The staff were incredibly attentive, always on hand to ensure our every need was met with a smile. Good stay at a good price in Kuta

Our 1st stay here and a little disappointment due to my small room which wasn't upgraded despite my platinum status. It wasn't hotel's fault as I requested all 3 rooms together. However the booked room type is really small and doesn't suit me when I need to do some work. Special thanks to Guest Service Mgr Ms Dewi who took attention to my concern and she made an effort to check other rooms avail with my requirements and my room was changed within 15mins on next day! I am very pleased with the new room on 4th floor. Hotel location is good with many F&B around incl pizza hut & Starbucks next to hotel. Hotel staff are all very polite and helpful. Alang Alang cafe food is good too.

I absolutely love staying here because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Intan. She really lifted my mood, especially after my recent unhappy experience at another hotel. Intan confidently guaranteed that I would extend my stay here, and she was right—I extended it for another day. The second day, I received exceptional service from Ms. Ardi at reception Ms. Ardi give us the extra mile services with her smile and assistance. Those trainee always has a smile, making my stay feel like home. The food is delicious, especially the welcome snacks so yummy i like it And a big thank you for the birthday cake for my husband, we really appreciated it, even though we didn't expect it when we returned from our outdoor activities the cake was appear in my table like magic felt down from the ceiling 😀😀 Please ensure that we are accommodated in the same room or above for our next trip. See you next time!"
